Who Is Eligible to Vote In Pennsylvania?
To register to vote in Pennsylvania, you must be 18 years of age, be a legal citizen of the United States at least one month prior to the election, be a Pennsylvania and election district resident at least 30 days prior to election day, and you must not be incarcerated after a felony conviction (*your voting right is restored immediately following release from incarceration).
2019 Municipal Election Date and Deadlines
Last Day to Register to Vote in the 2019 Municipal Election: October 7, 2019
Municipal Election Day: November 5, 2019 from 7 A.M. – 8 P.M.
